HRBP who has managed Manufacturing operations, SCM functions with focus on Talent management, People & culture development, Talent development. Business partnering with plant head and other managers

Your Task

• Developing and executing strategies that foster a productive and harmonious industrial relations environment.
• Maintaining cordial relationship/handling multiple trade unions, managing labour negotiations, resolving long term disputes and setting the overall tone for the industrial climate.
• ensuring statutory compliance are met in line with various statutes / labor laws without any non-compliance.
• Balancing organizational objectives with employee welfare.
• HR Business Partner for Indirect employees in CVS Manufacturing Operations function in India

Your Profile

• Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives, work councils, and employee committees. Assess and manage IR-related risks and ensure that risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Direction & Expert opinion to collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) lead by Site HR Leaders, including negotiations, contract renewals, and amendments, while ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws.
• Direct and Advise to resolve industrial disputes and grievances by facilitating constructive dialogue between management and employees.
• Ensure that company policies and practices comply with the Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and other relevant labour laws and regulations in India.
• Monitor legal developments and keep the management informed of any changes that might impact IR policies.
