DM/AM - Supplier Quality

About the Team:

Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction, Identify the issues, Maintaining the supply chain, improve the product quality, Sustainability & etc.

What you can look forward to as DM/AM - Supplier Quality (m/f/d):

• Be the CVS “one face to supplier” regarding APQP process in the dedicated Region.
• Lead all CVS APQP process linked to one or more defined suppliers (delivering all Regions)
• Release supplier PPAP in agreement with the delivering plant SQA
• Ensuring quality in projects to achieve zero defects and flowless lunches
• Perform process audit (acc. VDA 6.3/technical checklist) at assigned suppliers. Track to closure open action item list at suppliers
• Manage supplier development activities linked to escalation level 2
• Support supplier development activities when required by SQA
• Support resolution of supplier claims when required by SQA
• Evaluation of risk analysis
• Lead technology workshops to screen technology and manufacturing practices at the suppliers
• Approve and follow change requests coming from suppliers and internally
• Technical leading of cross-functional teams; tracking of all project tasks regarding supplier development activities *
• Preparation and execution of project meetings and steering committees*
• Preparation of decision templates and presentations for the steering committee including escalation recommendations and action tracking*

Your Profile as DM/AM - Supplier Quality (m/f/d):

• 10 -15 years of experience in Supplier Development & Quality                                      
• Successfully completed degree in technical/mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable studies and several years’ work experience within automotive/business related industry
• quality tools (APQP, 8D/ QR6S, FMEA, MSA… VDA6,3..) and knowledge/ experience in one of technologies
• High level of motivation, strong and reliable decision making-capabilities
• Project management skills
• Team and communication skills
