The excellence function Customer & Marketing comprises 1) Regional Marketing, 2) Customer Experience, Loyalty and Network and 3) Digital Market Channels with a focus on regional / local market needs.

Cooperating with internal sales and external market research resources as well as with customers to ensure best forecasting and planning of all potential turnover and sales figures, both short term an long term.

What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager:

• Taking care of Trailer South zone customers and responsible for South zone sales

• B.E/B.Tech with 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Market, Order collection from customer ensure the timely supplies

• Timely Payment collection and Knock-off in customer ledger

• Customer training and installation support for new products to ensure the rollout of defect-free trailers. This helps improve product performance and prevents service issues.

• Improve the TABS penetration in the zone, Promote advanced ITP Products such as, TEBS/Tail guard/TPMS/ Traction.

Your Profile as Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager:

• Involved in new product and projects required for the customers (Road Train, E-Trailer).

• Tracking the revenue recognition and ensure the GRN from customers.

• Addressing customer service complaints and coordinating with the Service team to resolve them, while simultaneously providing reports to customers to prevent such issues in the future.

• Continuous customer visits to address customer pain points and resolve them, in order to ensure a strong relationship with the customer.

• Handling trailer export customers like Dutch Lanka Trailers and working with them to improve business.
