Your Task:

1. Manage Logistics Operations: Oversee the full operations of assigned customer accounts, ensuring efficient product availability and on-time delivery.
2. Achieve Delivery and Cost Targets: Deliver on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for delivery and cost management.
3. Lead SIOP Process: Deploy and lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes for customers.
4. Replenishment Systems: Ensure effective materials replenishment systems, including Kanban suppliers and demand forecasting.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent on-time delivery.

Your Profile:

1. Results-Driven Leader: Proven ability to manage logistics operations and achieve delivery and cost targets.
2. SIOP Expertise: Skilled in deploying and leading Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes.
3. Replenishment Systems Management: Experienced in managing materials replenishment systems, including Kanban and demand forecasting.
4. Customer-Focused: Committed to ensuring high customer satisfaction through reliable and timely delivery.
5. Team Collaboration: Adept at working with site teams and 3PLs to ensure effective warehouse service and compliance.

Qualifications:

• BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering full time.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in Out Bound logistics,
• Experience from automobile industry will be preferrable,
