What you can look forward to as Assistant Manager - Manufacturing engineering (Assembly) (m/f/d):

• Design of attribute, variable, and combined gauges for incoming and in-process inspection.
• Design of machining and assembly fixtures, supporting both new product development and existing product capacity enhancement.
• Design and development of automation solutions for part loading, unloading, and process automation.
• Design of end-of-line test rigs for component performance verification.
• Design of assembly stations and special-purpose machines, focusing on ease of assembly and efficiency.
• Re-engineer fixture and gauge designs to improve quality and productivity.

Your Profile as Assistant Manager - Manufacturing engineering (Assembly) (m/f/d):

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with a Diploma/Post-Diploma/PG-Diploma in Tool Design, Machine Design, or Tool Engineering.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in fixture and gauge design, manufacturing, and automation.
• Concept Design: Strong conceptual design skills and proficiency in interpreting component drawings.
• Manufacturing Processes: Sound understanding of various manufacturing processes and material selection.
• Mechanical & Pneumatic Knowledge: Familiarity with standard mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components used in fixtures and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
• Fixture & Gauge Design: Strong knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and gauge design principles.
