Your Tasks :

  • You will be providing L2 and L3 level support to SAP PLM End users (SAP Folders Management (SCASE), ABAP Programming. SAP MM, SAP DMS). Contact business users to understand the issue mentioned in Tickets and to complete the ticket with details like Issue detailed description, Steps to reproduce, etc.
  • You will be performing SAP process monitoring and maintenance and will be responsible for upkeep of the applications and processes
  • Analyzing and preparing Data for migration projects towards PTC Windchill
  • Collaborating with various teams across the globe for various projects

 

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP end user support (Modules FM/RM, MM, DMS) and SAP ABAP programming. Knowledge on PTC Windchill would be an added advantage.
  • Should have good experience in customizing and programming of SAP Folders Management applications (SCASE). Knowledge of customizing and programming in Material Master Management, Bill of Material Management and Documents Management is required.
  • Experience with ticket and software management tools like BMC Helix, Atlassian Jira, SAP Solution Manager, MS Azure DevOps, GIT would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Should be a good team player.
