Your Tasks:

• Enable, support, and govern the organization in the area of Data management to integrate, provision reliable & quality data sets for Analytics and AI that propel towards a data driven organization. Partner with Value Centres and/or Business Leaders, R&D and external groups to understand their data needs and challenges around big data integration, data engineering and data operations to build end to end data pipelines; Build a strong data life cycle framework that enables Trusted, well Understood, Automated, and make Data Accessible and Usable. 
• Accountable for Architecture, Design, Build and Run of new Data Models and Data Pipelines. Preparing, Enriching, Normalising and Modelling data as per the needs of Data Analytics and Data Science activities. Establish effective and efficient processes to deliver projects and services according to the business requirements and agreed service levels, leveraging global structures, shared services, and strategic partnerships.
• Define and manage SLAs for Datasets and Data Products that are running in production. Manage and grow a high-quality Data Teams through effective mentoring, coaching and inspiring to become high performing team and Drive Agile work processes. Accountable to implement, improve and manage the ZF Enterprise Data Catalog, establish an aligned Service Level Agreement by leveraged global internal and external resources and optimized cost.
• Deliver defined Data Marketplace and Data Catalog Framework on an enterprise level. Responsible to build and develop an effective delivery, Team. Increase Data Marketplace processes expertise to cover ZF’s growing Data Management demands.
• Ensure business operations in terms of performance, availability, quality, and cost. Deliver Products like Data Marketplace, Data products, Data Catalog on an enterprise level.

Your Profile: 

• B.Tech/BE/M.Tech or equivalent degree, in Information Technology/Computer Science or comparable discipline with 16+ Years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Integration, Data Mining, Data Engineering, Data modelling, Data Lifecycle Management and Data technology platforms
• Strategic Thinking and Innovative to new trends. General management skills, passion, dedication and motivate others. Expertise on Domain functions and related business processes
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and Consulting skills.
