About the Team:

The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a production team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality standards and production targets.

• Drive production performance and OEE by meeting goals for safety, quality, delivery, availability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily production activities, prioritize work, assign resources, and ensure schedules and business objectives are met.
• Monitor operations and escalate production, quality, maintenance, or staffing issues to support timely resolution.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, and regular performance discussions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, company policy, work instruction, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, operational efficiency, quality improvement, and problem-solving.
• Use KPIs, SAP, and business systems to monitor performance, support decisions, manage time and attendance, and maintain operational continuity.

Your profile as a Production Supervisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing plant leadership role; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, analyze data, and make sound decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Dynamic, driven, and energetic team player who performs well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
