TRW FAWER Automobile Safety Systems (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TFASS) was founded in 1995, a Joint Venture between ZF and FAWER, located in Hi-Tech Development Zone, southwest of Changchun, covering an area of 50,000 m2 with building area of 17,800 m2. We have now over 2000 employees, two branches in Chengdu and Foshan, becoming one of the largest modern automobile components manufacturing sites in China. Total sales revenue in 2021 is 7.2 Billion CNY. Our businesses include R&D and production of automotive chassis, chassis system and related components; design, R&D and manufacturing of IRS, SBS, SWS and its related components.

In August 2019, ZF FAWER Automotive Chassis Systems (Changchun) Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary, was officially established, split from original sector. Its product portfolio includes rear axle assembly, sub-frame assembly, front & rear knuckle assembly.

In the role of “PE Intern/Quality Engineer Intern”, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies to grow the platform as a real product together with us and help to drive the architecture, implementation of best practices and the design of our microservices landscape for a fully connected future.

Your tasks:
 
• Asist PE  team to collect product technical information from customer and clear up customer's technical requirement.
• Assist engineer to handle the product parts and module's 3D design, 2D drawing design.
• Assist engineer to check the sample prototype and testing whether conforming with the technical requirements.
• Support the product technology exchange with Project, ME, QA and Production Depts.
 OR
• Asist quality team to prepare document and follow up assigned tasks
• Assist engineer to treat non-conformity events and quality data collections
• Contribute to NCC reduction
• Support audit(internal/external) tasks and follow up

Your profile:

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics
• Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative, and communicative.
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English.
