We are enforcing our sales team at our Location in Candiolo for ZF Race Engineering.

Your tasks as Back Office Sales Assistant (part-time) (m/f/d) ZF Race Engineering:

Handling of requests from customers and preparation of offers for standard products in collaboration with other functions as well as assisting the quoting process for customized projects
Preparation and update of sales plannings, analysis and reports
Participation in project meetings for the sales function
Coordination of Non-Disclosure agreements (NDA) and Contract reviews
Maintenance of SAP Data (mainly prices)

Your Profile as Back Office Sales Assistant (part-time) (m/f/d) ZF Race Engineering:

Experience in Automotive Business is preferred
Very good MS-Office and SAP skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Team player personality
High customer orientation structured working attitude and the ability to be proactive
Fluent in English – further languages welcomed
