Senior Manager for Global Supply Planning

About the Team:

We are the Global Supply Planning function within ZF Aftermarket Division. We design and govern the planning operating model that runs across five regions worldwide.

Organised in three pillars, we work as one team to enable consistent, disciplined and data-driven planning across the division, in close partnership with regional SCM teams, IT, and divisional leadership.

What you can look forward to as Senior Manager for Global Supply Planning:

• Govern S&OP / IBP global design, cadence, processes, forecast accuracy and maturity roadmap
• Act as central sponsor for IBP tool configuration and enhancements
• Standardise and govern global MRP master data rules and ownership split
• Audit regional MRP adherence; drive corrective actions
• Define and deploy global inventory frameworks (ABC/XYZ, PFEP , safety stock, entitlement)
• Standardise policies for inventory targets, stocking strategy, and reorder logic
• Act as business owner for planning systems and analytics solutions and global configuration
• Translate analytics tools into standardized, clear, actionable planning platforms
• Lead global network design, supply scenarios, and supply risk analysis

Your profile as Senior Manager for Global Supply Planning:

• Strong experience in global Supply Chain Planning and Analytics
• Hands-on SAP planning and MRP master data expertise; IBP or similar preferred
• Expert in demand, supply, MPS, inventory and network planning methodology
• Proven ability to drive adoption across regions without direct line authority
• Strong quantitative and analytical capability; KPI and model design
• Comfortable operating in a global, matrix environment without formal authority
• Structured, pragmatic, execution-focused change leader
