About the Team:

Responsible for promoting a strong brand identity and product awareness across all markets and sectors that ZF operate within. Development and coordination of aftermarket sales in our region across five countries. We support our customers with special events and technical training at various locations in these five countries.

 

What you can look forward to as Sales Representative: 

  • Drive independent Aftermarket sales growth, aligning with our brand and sales strategy, market share, and profitability target
  • Take charge of the business plan, making a real impact
  • Tailor sales and marketing approaches to meet the needs of local customers, ensuring profitable business and market share growth
  • Negotiate agreements with customers and provide daily operational sales support
  • Set and achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets for your customer base
  • Define and pursue individual KPIs to meet sales and profitability goals and exceed customer expectations

Your profile as Sales Representative:

  • Degree in economics or a technical field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales position
  • Proficient in English at a business level
  • Proven ability to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets
  • Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
