Position Summary:

Join us in our vision to make Democratization of IT and specifically Citizen Development happen at ZF. By implementing no and low code solutions with or for internal business partners you will be actively contributing to ZF’s digitalization strategy. Especially if you are sharing your knowledge by training, teaching, coaching, and consulting and by this being a multiplicator and advocate of the Citizen developer concept. You will develop solutions based on Microsoft’s Power Platform, but more platforms are yet to come. Agile development methods are a must in our global team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan, introduce, customize, and support development projects for the complete Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Power Virtual Agent)
• Application development and implementation of corresponding solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse & Azure, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, SharePoint)
• Governing the Power platform connectors, environments and License.
• Clarification of customer demands and solution design for new solutions
• Administration, maintenance, and support of the developed applications
• Consulting users and carrying out training on the use of the developed applications

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Any Bachelor’s  or Master’s degree with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, processes and procedure models
• 6+ Years of extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, Azure), Microsoft SharePoint Online & Microsoft 365 in general
• Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps
• Experience in governance of Power platform License and Citizen Development, Managing the Connectors and environments.
• Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods
• Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
• Good didactic / teaching skills
• Thorough knowledge of agile software development and agile methods such as scrum as well as project management
• Highly motivated and open personality with interpersonal and analytic skills, independent and systematic working methods
• Outstanding ability to communicate, personal commitment, organizational skills, flexibility, creativity, teamwork
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory
• Willingness to travel domestic and international

Preferred Skills and experience:

• Experience in the Automotive industry
• Proven ability to formulate strategic plans and implement programs on a regional and/or global basis
