About the Team

Responsible for promoting a strong brand identity and product awareness across all markets and sectors that ZF Aftermarket operate within - with focused but not limited on distributor's demands and marketing campaign, communication activities. Develop, coordinate, and ensure all marketing communication materials needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring ZF Aftermarket's presence on distributor's events with overarching organization, and the coordination with event organizers. Furthermore, your responsibility will be also to organize ZF Aftermarket partner summits and events which connected to distributors cooperations.

What you can look forward to as Marketing Expert (m/f/d):

• Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities across all products, markets, and sectors ZF Aftermarket operates within 
• Help with marketing plans, proposals, campaigns, including related administrations.
• Work closely with internal/external agencies to design marketing materials and creative content, providing proper presences on events
• Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms to ensure the proper and most effective presence of ZF within distributors communication channels
• Organize and attend distributor connected events such as summits, exhibitions and workshop events.
• Supporting Representatives in managing customer’s marketing demands.
• Provide of proper marketing materials for sales and distributor’s events, campaigns

Your Profile as Marketing Expert (m/f/d):

• University or college degree in economics/marketing
• Experience (at least 5 years) in marketing communications and complex event organization
• Good English spoken and written, knowledge of German would be a plus
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
• The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
• Skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects - with high accuracy
• Organizational skills above the average
• Ability to work with customers in several countries and cultures
• Knowledge of managing campaigns in Pardot considered as a plus
