Position Summary:

We are looking for reinforcement for our M365 platform management team.

The team is set up as a cross unit and has the task of regulating, controlling and operationally accompanying all overarching processes, regulations and operational tasks with regard to the Microsoft 365 suite. The current position will deal with the topics of license management, process automation, M365 lifecycle and ensuring operational operations.

 

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the M365 evergreen process within ZF
  • Ensuring and developing a professional M365 license management
  • Automation of M365 operating processes (PowerShell)
  • Advice to M365 service owners regarding overarching processes and regulations
  • Processing of M365 support tickets

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Good English (to successfully communicate in an international work environment)
  • Experience in the operation of cloud solutions (preferably M365)
  • Development know-how and process automation skills (PowerShell)
  • Customer focus and trouble shooting experience
