IT Service Manager

Your tasks:

  • Collection and analysis of global and regional requirements of the IT Service Lifecycle for the IT Service Portfolio and the IT Service Catalogue. This includes consulting IT business service managers, IT technical service managers, IT controlling and other stakeholders on functional, methodical, marketing-effective and process-oriented solutions.
  • Collaboration in the further development and optimization of IT service lifecycle processes, definition and application of IT service levels, IT service reporting (KPI) and the strategic alignment of the IT service portfolio
  • Collaboration in the group-wide creation and coordination of IT service levels and in IT service contract management
  • Collaboration in the operational  planning for service volumes and cost, carrying out calculations and preparing business analysis and service controlling report
  • Collaboration in projects (functions, processes, workflows, data structures, roles...) in the service management environment

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of business informatics, computer science or comparable education with distinctive business and technical knowledge
  • At least two years of professional experience in IT service management, IT controlling and/or IT-related follow-up processes
  • Analytical, independent and interdisciplinary thinking and acting with customer focus
  • Good command of written and spoken and English and ideally German language skills
  • Experience in managing projects in an international environment
