IT Senior Expert - Client and Application Virtualization

The IT senior expert is responsible for managing of IT projects, the operational support, administration, implementation and further development of Client Virtualization Infrastructure Services according to ITIL standard processes.

Your tasks:

• Manage and support IT projects and programs by following the agile and lean process in global teams 
• Perform system design, configuration, introduction, maintenance
• and support of client virtualization infrastructure systems such as

           - CITRIX Virtual Desktops and Apps
           - VMWare Hypervisor technology, Microsoft Operating Systems

• Fulfill the requirements of internal and external customers worldwide
• Creating and evaluating concepts or analyzing existing products
• Further development of CV systems inclusive integration with the entire IT architecture

Your profile:

• University degree of computer science, business or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years of experience (including co-op/internship experience) in the IT field encompassing a majority of the following areas.
• Citrix Virtual Desktops and Apps, Windows Terminal Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM and MS SQL.
• 2+ years of experience providing customer support and resolution regarding technical issues
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management

            - Ability/willingness to international travel up to 20%
            - Ability/willingness to meet flexible schedule arrangements per customer requirements (i.e. off-shifts, on-call)

• English language skills (Proficient Speaker)
