Your Tasks:

• Entry-level project manager supporting small to medium projects within regional programs or initiatives
• Focus is on Quality IT systems in cooperation with ZF IT and Business departments worldwide
• Support and perform administrative tasks to develop project-related work
• Managing data quality within the project portfolio 
• Create and update portfolio system entries 
• Support onboarding and training initiatives for new employees
• Support periodic reporting on project data, i.e. KPI reporting
• Responsibility for projects to be delivered in time, budget and quality
• Create project plans, track project against them
• Work in international virtual projects teams by coordinating the work of project team members

Your Profile:

• Advanced Computer Skills and basic communication skills
• High level of knowledge of commonly used processes, methods, concepts, practices, and procedures within Project Management
• Bachelor (IT) Degree or comparable and minimum 2 years of experience in project work
• Knowledge of data analysis (experience with MS Power BI would be beneficial)
• Experience in projects with scope of implementing IT systems preferred
• Independent work style, target-oriented, team-capable
• Excellent English communication skills
