Your Tasks:

Manage or assist in the management of end-to-end projects and monitor/report progress. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered to time, cost and quality
Organize project administration and support teams in administrational work like Project Portfolio, purchasing process, project controlling, preparation of project kick offs and lessons learnt sessions.
Collaboration with business stakeholders and the delivery teams to define and communicate the data & analytics priorities.
Organize and prioritize critical issues and required data to facilitate effective decision making.
Analyze and understand FI/HR processes and design solution drafts for reporting and analytics requirements.

Your profile:

IT Management Junior - Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
Familiar with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum and Kanban
Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, organization and planning skills with cross-functional teams
Process and reporting knowledge in the area of Finance and/or HR
Good data analytics skills and ability to positively influence the actions of others, regardless of hierarchy
Very good English language skills and good Team-Player
