About the Team:
Drive inside-out E2E process digitalization and effectiveness through global excellence & transformation to connect commercial activities leveraging effective use of data & digitalization. 
 
What you can look forward to as Head of Commercial & Service Enablement (m/f/d):
  • Digitalize commercial & service processes, drive continuous improvements and monitor regional process execution
  • Drive strategy & connect commercial & service operations by defining & optimizing sales processes, active recommendations & performance management to ensure efficient, coherent and profitable impact and resource effectiveness
  • Drive and own CRM requirements, adoption, user training and continuously optimize working standards to ensure CRM is embraced by the division
  • Define and deploy advanced analytic capabilities to enable data driven decision through automation, identification & push of business recommendations
  • Coordinate & ensure adequate digital customer engagement platform architecture, state of the art design for effective data flows and processes 
  • Lead global digital & analytics budget planning & monitoring hand in hand with relevant product owners
 
Your profile as Head of Commercial & Service Enablement (m/f/d):
  • University degree, ideally MBA or similar degree
  • Very strong leadership skills & proven track record of at least 7+ years’ experience in leading teams 
  • Strong digital & analytics acumen 
  • Ability to create new procesess and to implement difficult changes, remotely and at scale
  • Experience in transactional multi-sales channel management 
  • Creativity in inventing new ways of workin and rigor in managing targets
  • Fostering collaboration & empowerment
  • Impacting and influencing skills
