ME Process Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance department at our location in Bricherasio.

Your tasks as ME Process Expert (m/f/d):

• Technical feasibility analysis and capex estimation for new projects as well as for Va-Ve projects
• Definition of manufacturing processes considering product requirements, different manufacturing methods and budget
• Selection and sourcing of assembly equipment vendors
• Coordinating and monitoring the installation and production start of new assembly equipment at the site, additionally performing trainings for operators
• Close cooperation with different departments, e.g. quality, finance, and application engineering to ensure (cost) efficiency, high quality and progressiveness

Your profile as ME Process Expert (m/f/d):

• Successfully completed bachelor’s/ master’s degree in mechanical/ industrial/ vehicle engineering or technical diploma
• Several years of working experience in the industrial/ manufacturing sector (preferably within the automotive industry) as well as in-depth knowledge of assembly processes and technologies
• Knowledge in FMEA analysis, MTM (Methods-Time-Measurement) and CAD, basic knowledge in Lean Production
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team, result orientation
• Fluent Italian and English language skills
