- Team up with product business units to get deep knowledge about the products and systems
- Provide sales and product management teams with relevant technical information about products and systems
- Support active selling of service desk teams by providing cross selling opportunities
- Leading and contributing to projects
- Develop and/or validate knowledge articles for our technical Knowledgebase

Personality requirements and skills
- University education in mechanical engineering, specialization in automotive engineering is an advantage
- Technical product support experience
- General technical and vehicle understanding, exeperience with vehicle repairs is an advantage
- Comprehensive braking system knowledgeis an advantage
- Communicative, flexible and standalone
- English in written and verbal form on fluent level
