Service Concepts & Development Specialist

Main responsibiliteies:

Support projects within product development process (Swimlane Aftermarket) with main focus to Service Strategy / Design for Service / Service Concept / Service Capability & Readiness for new CV AM Products, mainly within ADAS, Braking and Air Management

Manages multifunctional, global project teams for these projects

Definition of service concept based on service strategy, service levels, strategy and definition of special tools, training concept, diagnosis strategy, together with project team

Alignment of Service Concepts with customer in collaboraton with CatMan and Sales

Ensure accessibility and disassembly of maintenance, wear and tear pars, including commercial service aspects and access to diagnosis interface

Provision of all necessary service aspects for a successful, sustainable and profitable Service of ZF products

Ensures smooth and transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders e.g. (Reg.) Category Manager, (Reg.) Network Management etc.

Support regional CatMan and Network Management rolling-out Service Readiness in their regions

Support provision of appropriate SR Mgmt Tools and reporting (e.g. SR Portal, SRO KPI etc.)

Main requirements:

minimum technician degree (Techniker), B.A. or equivalent

Fluent English skills also in the technical language, German as an advantage

Technical understanding of CV ADAS, Air Management, Braking components

Basic knowledge about Vehicle and Diagnosis Software

Basic economical understanding

Experience in global and crossfunctional project management, and After market activities

knowledge of GDPEP/WPCP deliveries, tools and methods

knowledge of ZF products and services process
