Maintenance preparator

Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Preparator to join our Maintenance Department at our Bouzonville plant.

In this role, you will support the maintenance team by preparing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and availability of production equipment while contributing to continuous improvement.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Preparator (m/f/d) : 

• Prepare maintenance work orders and intervention files.
• Define the required spare parts, tools and resources for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
• Create and update maintenance documentation and procedures.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and maintenance equipment.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance activities.

Your profile as Maintenance Preparator (m/f/d):

• Technician degree (BTS/DUT or equivalent) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering or Automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• English is an advantage.
