HR Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a committed and experienced HR Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the Bouzonville site.

In this key role, you will lead the local HR department, ensure compliance with labor regulations, foster constructive social relations, and drive HR initiatives in alignment with ZF’s global strategy.

Your Profile as HR Manager (m/f/d):

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
• Extensive experience in HR management and social relations
• Strong knowledge of labor law and social legislation
• Proficient in HR software (e.g., ADP, Kélio, Peoplesoft, Successfactors)
• Advanced English language skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Initiative-driven and proactive mindset
• Proven ability to lead and support teams effectively
