We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join our team at the Bouzonville site.

ZF is a global player in automotive technology, recognized for its innovative mobility solutions. You will join a team committed to performance and continuous improvement, where collaboration and expertise are highly valued.

As part of the Plant Controlling Bouzonville team, you will work closely with a Chief Accountant, a Controller, and two Accountants, while collaborating with colleagues across the plant, the divisional finance organization, and external auditors. Our recently established team brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds, creating a dynamic environment with broad expertise and learning opportunities. Following the successful SAP go-live, the department is shaping modern controlling processes and offers excellent opportunities to contribute, develop your skills, and make a visible impact on the site's performance.

What you can look forward to as Financial Controller (m/f/d): 

• Ensure the reliability of financial information within the entity
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in coordination with general accounting
• Perform group reporting within deadlines (P&L, KPIs, inflation, etc.)
• Participate in cost price calculations and carry out ad-hoc profitability analyses for products/processes
• Contribute to the preparation of forecasts: Rolling Forecast, etc.
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize financial performance

Your profile as Financial Controller (m/f/d):

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management/finance or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally in an international industrial environment
• Technical skills: Knowledge of management rules, information systems, and tax regulations
• Tools: SAP, advanced Excel
• Languages: Advanced English & French
• Personal qualities: Accuracy, responsiveness, discretion, strong communication skills
