Location: Valence/Lyon area


You will be responsible for account management of approx. 60 customers in the sector of good transportation including listening, solutions propositions and roll out, upselling, annual customer visit, devices installation coordination in order to meet the requirements of the customer’s needs.

You will be the global project manager to implement the whole solution for new customers, by leading all factors and trainings to the final users (dispatchers, eco trainer, drivers).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the project within budget
Plan project requirements
React promptly and effectively to changing client and product needs
Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions
Produce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary
Track customer needs or deviations and participate in customer meetings when required
Track tasks against the project timing plan
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Manage the Key Performance Indicators of your projects (KPIs)
Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
Undertake continuous training and development
Relationship Management:
Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers
Be an effective and autonomous team member.
