Test Integration Lead

Your tasks:

  • Management of verification and validation effort (mechanics, electronics, software) for PURL, CV and DV Core development of the SbW super system (Steer-by-Wire), HWA (Hand Wheel Actuator) and FAA (Front Wheel Actuator) and assurance that the product meets the stakeholder's expectations,
  • Ensuring that assigned Workpackage(s) are planned, agreed, executed and delivered according plan and quality,
  • Ensuring regular communication between all involved parties,
  • Maintaining an overview of cost, quantities, quality, test status/results and timing,
  • Create test requests and make sure that test specimens are available in time.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanics / mechanical engineering / mechatronics or equivalent,
  • 3 years experience within the automotive industry: Engineering / Development / Testing expertise in the area of EPS steering system, design and manufacturing,
  • Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills,
  • Fluent English,
  • Broad / full scale product knowledge & project management skills,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global organized team, with open mindset in an agile environment within cross functional teams, flexible and contributing even beyond own role responsibilities.
