About the Team:
Engineering Center in Bielsko-Biała as an independent unit focuses on designing mechatronic systems, prototype production and testing as well as acoustic and mechanical validation and software development for the ZF Chassis Solution Division. We currently employ about 300 people.

What you can look forward to as Team & Project Manager (m/f/d): 

• Key purpose: Development and application of standards for Smart Components & Sensors regarding work content, processes, and tools to be used. Work product delivery into the project landscape,
• Planning and managing professional resources to make these available to projects in the product lines,
• Determining the necessary qualifications of employees for the respective disciplines,
• Describing and elaborating the necessary processes for the respective disciplines (cross PL),
• Continuous improvement of efficiency by introduction of standards and re-use across product lines,
• Establish and maintain development synergies (technologies, product design, supply-base, processes, resources) and avoid silos across global chassis engineering,
• Systematic analysis of future project requirements,
• Ensure allocation of resources and equipment, maintenance of equipment, developing training programs for employees in the respective divisions
• Escalation level → internal/customer, Continuous R&D budget planning (SP/OP/FC)

Your profile as Team & Project Manager (m/f/d): 

• Education – bachelor’s / engineering or master’s degree of mechanical, electrical engineering, or related profile
• R&D automotive experience
• Strong leadership and matrix skills with team spirit and global view, beneficial – team leading experience
• Strong multi-project management skills
• Product know-how and sensor engineering expertise 
• Automotive technologies (within PL)
• Development principles (components and systems)
• Language skills: advanced English
