System Technical Lead (m/f/d)

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in our department System Platform, Feature & Validation Management at our Engineering Center in Bielsko Biała - independent unit focused on designing mechatronic systems, prototype production and testing as well as acoustic and mechanical validation and software development for electric power steering systems (EPS). We currently employ about 300 people.

What you can look forward to as System Technical Lead (m/f/d): 

• Delivers a validated mechatronic system based on Customer Requirements and by high level of Re-Use of Platform artefacts as available via the Platform Repository.
• Managing the delivery of a validated mechatronic system & system architectures for an application project, 
• Defines and agrees release content packages with customer based on Stakeholder Requirements on the System of Interest,
• Defines minimum set of required evidence to enable system releases during development phases,
• Delivers and Re-Use Artefacts available in Platform Repository,
• Coordinates System Engineering activities to ensure availability of work products such as System Architecture, FTA, System Test Specification,
• Driving the resolution of issues related to violated system requirements through risk assessment and prioritization,
• Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. System Design, Safety, Hardware/Software Design, System Validation) to ensure seamless integration and project success.

Your profile as System Technical Lead (m/f/d): 

• University degree or polytechnic degree in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or equivalent,  
• Advanced knowledge of mechatronic systems and functional safety,
• High level of analytical abilities, strong engineering judgment and leadership skills,
• Broad understanding of engineering methods & tool chain (e.g. Req. Analysis, SysML, FTA,…),
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills (English),
• Experience on efficient development processes & methods is a big plus,
• Hands on mentality and passion for automotive/system thinking is a big plus.
