As Requirements Manager you are responsible for requirement management of electric drive system projects. This involves:
•    Leading compliance analysis of customer requirements 
•    Identifying and documenting the requirements sources
•    Assuring the correctness and completeness of system requirements in terms of attributes and formal aspects
•    Acting as system engineering department’s interface to internal/external stakeholders regarding system requirements
•    Communicating the requirements baseline to the stakeholders
•    Fostering the application of requirements engineering and management methodology in projects
•    Supporting the team in using requirements management tool
•    Providing regular metrics of the requirement status


Your profile:
•    University degree or polytechnic degree in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or equivalent,
•    Advanced knowledge of requirements management and related  job experience, 
•    Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills (English)
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a big plus,
•    Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 is a significant advantage,
•    Knowledge of mechatronics systems and functional safety in the automotive area is a plus,
•    Having a CPRE certification is an advantage
