About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague to our department Electric Drive Integration Braking within Engineering Center in Bielsko Biała, which focuses on designing mechatronic systems, prototype production and testing as well as acoustic and mechanical validation and software development for electric power steering systems (EPS). We currently employ about 300 people.
What you can look forward to as Motor Control / Test Engineer:
- Responsible for the development of the motor control of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous machines including requirements management,
- Track and coordinate the motor control design tasks and activities,
- Definition and coordination of interfaces to other system, hardware and software components,
- Create and maintain all sorts of documentation regarding motor control,
- Participation in studies of functional safety (DFMEA, FTA),
- Monitoring and documentation of the project progress,
- Participation in the definition/ programming of motor control- test sequences,
- Technical interface to internal departments as well as customers and suppliers worldwide.
Your profile as Motor Control / Test Engineer:
- Master degree, Bachelor degree or similar in electrical engineering, controls, mechatronics, software or similar,
- Simulation/ development tools MatLab / Simulink, DSpace, IMC (Famos, Studio), Vector / CANape,
- Very good English language skills and the ability to present complex matters in a comprehensive way,
- Knowledge of circuit technology & power electronics and functional safety (ISO26262) & Automotive SPICE is an advantage,
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, very good communication skills, ability to interface with cross-functional teams,
- A structured way of working, openly approach other people and show good teamwork spirit.
