Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague to support our Global Talent Acquisition Processes Team. We are open to discuss any location within Eastern Europe.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and report market data and insights to inform best strategies
  • Own the sourcing process from research, outreach, initial contact and throughout engagement
  • Partner closely with the Recruiters and other Sourcers to act as a strategic partner
  • Proactively build and cultivate diverse networks while identifying top talent
  • Subject Matter Expert in inclusive sourcing strategies to advise and guide our junior sourcers

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working as a recruiter/sourcer in a corporate or agency setting 
  • Expert understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and understanding of TA tools such as LinkedIn and Talent Insights
  • Advanced knowledge of the candidate market, as well as industry specific knowledge
  • Advanced ability in a wide range of existing and emerging sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to build inclusive networks & relationships
