Program Manager

Your Tasks:

 

  • Lead Cross Functional Program Teams to develop, industrialise & launch Electric Power Packs & ECUs with in-house Div A, DivU and external supplier teams.
    • Manage and co-ordinate Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product and Process engineering teams and define/ monitor team members' objectives and assignments.
  • Program planning & execution - establish and control scope & plans for developing new products / processes in line with ZF GDPEP process. Plans need to balance timing, cost and quality constraints
  • Program Risk Management - Assessing risk factors that could affect the satisfactory delivery of the program and implementing risk strategies and actions to minimise, mitigate, transfer or avoid the risk.
  • Liaise with the Program financial controller, build the CEA, Business Plan and release investments; take economical responsibility to recover all deviations from initial plan.
  • Profitability Management - take economical responsibility for profit &  budget delivery and managing deviations from business case. Drive Design to Cost (DTC) and Design for Manufacturing (DFMA) within the program to achieve these goals.

 

Profile:

 

  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management or similar

  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively

  • Relevant technical understanding ideally with experience of electronics and motors production processes

  • Experience in team leadership and stakeholder relationship building

  • Results driven and achievement-oriented

  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability and willingness to undertake regular travel​​​​​​​
