Product Engineer

Engineering Center in Bielsko-Biała, as an independent unit focuses on designing mechatronic systems, prototype production and testing as well as acoustic and mechanical validation and software development for electric power steering systems (EPS). We currently employ approximately 270 people.

What you’ll do:
•    Support design robustness analysis activities including DFMEA, DRBFM, create validation plans and analyze results
•    Work with requirements. Create, manage compliance matrixes
•    Build a close cooperation with internal and external groups: customers, suppliers, manufacturers, to assure on time delivery of robust products
•    Support benchmarking analysis on competitor’s products, transferring/exchange lessons learned knowledge between projects

Who we are looking for:
Essential skills: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Design engineering or equivalent
•    Minimum 3 years work experience on similar position
•    Strong problem solving and analytical skills, structured way of working
•    Highly motivated, able to work well in a multinational team & willingness to travel
•    Fluent English written and verbal
Desirable skills:
•    Knowledge of manufacturing technologies will be additional advantage

•    Experience of product development
•    6σ/ RED X methodology
•    APIS-IQ FMEA Environment  knowledge
