Tasks:
•    Responsible for the “How” component of a project as well as creation and continuous improvement of agile standards;
•    Coaches and mentors agile teams, Product Owners, stakeholders on process and implementation/execution, drives standards and influences/educates organizations;
•    Ensures high self-motivation and self-control in the teams; responsible for the application and tailoring of agile principles, processes and behavior on a (multi-)team / organ. level;
•    Responsible for removal and mitigation of impediments, escalation to decision makers, optimizing the output of the development team/s by further developing agile team/s, methods and processes;
•    Coaches/supports Product Owner(s) in the use the product backlog, how to interact with(in) teams, how to build up relationship of trust, equality and cooperation.

 

Profile:
•    3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar (ideally within the automotive industry);
•    Should posses strong communication, presentation and organisational skills (fluent English);
•    Expert in (scaled) agile methods (SAFe and Scrum at Scale) and tools (e.g. JIRA and Confluence);
•    Distinct facilitation skills;
•    Strong (global) networking and coordination/cooperation skills;
•    Ability to lead and motivate others;
•    Emphatic, systemic view on organization and teams;
•    Good/basic knowledge on business processes;
•    Work with open mindset in an agile environment within cross functional teams, flexible and contributing even beyond own role responsibilities.
