Intercompany Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in our department DC Order Management & Procurement in Bern.

 

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the processing of all Intercompany material flows for our Swiss entity
  • Communicate and ensure that the pricing is implemented with the counterparts
  • Reviews intercompany high sea/direct shipment transactions for our Swiss entity
  • Responsibility for all third-party direct shipments, focus on ZF CV Systems Global direct shipment plants
  • Supports and drives actively further automation in the intercompany process via close interaction with Finance, Logistics and IT
     

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Logistics or Finance
  • Proficient in using ERP (SAP) applications MM, SD, PU, and partially FI as an asset
  • Experience in ZF Division ICO business and overall set-up in Group SAP
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with background in MS Outlook
  • Good English skills and German language skills (advantage)
