We are strengthening our project management capabilities for our commercial vehicle customers in our tachograph team at our location in Berlin. 

What you can look forward to as Project Manager Tachograph (m/f/d):

• Plan, lead and steer tachograph core development and sales projects according to the standard ZF project development process GDPEP 
• Lead your cross-functional tachograph project team who plans and executes projects from customer request until successful handover to series within automotive grade quality, cost and delivery targets
• Use your communication skills to build a positive mindset, trust, respect and a “can-do” attitude within your project team
• Lead and take project decisions having the quality of the final project output as the ultimate goal
• Know and adhere to quality standards (FMEA, APQP, CQP, VDA 6.3, …)
• Be accountable for and monitor the project’s financial status and delivery within financial targets
• Set and manage timing to meet internal and external delivery commitments

Your profile as Project Manager Tachograph (m/f/d):

• University degree in business management, electrical engineering, computer science, information technologies, or similar qualification 
• Multiple years of project management experience in an automotive, customer facing position with tangible track record 
• Excellent team, communication, motivation and networking skills
• Experience in management of international functional and virtual teams
• Strong intercultural competency and ability to travel
• Language skills: English and German are mandatory, other languages are beneficial
