Specialist for Technical Documentation

Your role:

- Support service concepts for transmissions and e-axles in the passenger car industry (e.g. BMW, Mercedes, AUDI, STLA)

- Customer and service center-oriented creation and maintenance of repair guidelines (recording, conception, image processing, texts, layouts, publishing)

- Preparation of Service Information in coordination with Change Management, Warranty Processing, and Technical Customer Service

- Project team member in development projects of division E and steering of these projects in the Aftermarket division

Your profile:

- Technical education in the field of mechanical engineering/industrial engineering or comparable education with appropriate knowledge and experience

- Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferably in the transmission environment

- Advanced computer skills in Adobe Masters Edition (image & video editing)

- Knowledge of MS Office, Axalant/Intralink as well as XML/XSL editorial software (e.g. Noxum Publishing Studio)

- Basic understanding of photography for creating image and video documentation

- Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, levels of management, cultures, and strong team orientation
