About the team:

Product categories are at the heart of the ZF Aftermarket strategy and organization when it comes to product sales, profitability, and market penetration. Within the category E-Mobility & Transmissions, you will work with an international team from all around the world to drive strategic initiatives and help incremental growth.

Your role:

• Monitor & drive strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard future revenue streams / support incremental growth
• Validation of market potential parameters (e.g. PPM, replacement rates, market shares, etc.) as a base for strategic planning
• Support Business Cases and Business Concept Studies through volume simulations & follow-up analysis
• Support the “go to market strategy” through IAM Service & Workshop concepts plus Channel Shift IAM activities
• Interface to X-functions (e.g. Market Intelligence, Product Management E-Mobility & Diagnostics, Portfolio Strategy, …) to evaluate business opportunities
• Develop design methods and execute global strategies
• Troubleshoot projects and drive implementation e.g. resolve supply chain issues

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in International Sales/Business Development/ Consultancy/Research and Development context
• Degree in Economics, Business Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar
• Passionate about E-Mobility and related products & business models
• A good understanding of ZF Transmission and EVD product portfolio would be a plus
• Ability to go deep with engineering when required
• Very good analytical-, problem-solving, and project-management skills
• Entrepreneurial personality with creative unconventional thinking skills
