Sales Representative - CPT

We are looking for a new colleague in the Sales department at our location in Bellville - CPT.

Your main tasks as a Sales Representative:

Develop business relationships with CV AM customers in the region to promote the sale of all ZF CV parts in the AM channel.
Manage rebate agreements and provide performance against targets to these customers.
Manage distributor/customer sales to identify reduced performance to be addressed.
Achieve sales budgets as set by the Company for all respective customers.
Communicate business potentials from CV AM customers within sales structure in order to create competitive product offering.
Provide quotations and feedback to customers and facilitate the acceptance of such quotations.

Your profile as a Sales Representative:

Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar Tertiary education
At least 5 years’ experience sales to AM customers in the CV market.
People & customer management experience with strong moderation skills.
Effective communication, influencing & collaboration skills among various audiences.
Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures and processes.
Strong Negotiation skills
