About the Team:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Factory Controllers who want to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.

What you can look forward to as Factory Controller:

• Financial performance & controlling: lead monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the plant, analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions, monitor manufacturing KPIs including productivity, labor efficiency, scrap, inventory, and overhead costs, drive transparency on plant profitability and cost development,
• Business Partnering: act as a trusted advisor to the Plant Manager and operational leadership team, Support decision-making through financial analysis and actionable insights, challenge assumptions and promote a culture of financial accountability across the organization, participate in investment evaluations and business case assessments,
• Cost Management & Operational Excellence: identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives, monitor fixed and variable cost development, support inventory optimization and working capital improvements, Ensure accurate product costing and manufacturing cost allocation,
• Reporting & Compliance: prepare management reports and presentations for local and regional management, ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, accounting standards, and internal controls, support internal and external audits, contribute to finance digitalization and process improvement initiatives.

Your profile as Factory Controller:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration,
• 3+ years of experience in Controlling, Plant Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Cost Accounting (areas of expertise: cost controlling / product costs analysis, headcount, CAPEX, OPEX controlling),
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and financial processes,
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills,
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage,
• Excellent Serbian and English communication skills,
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented, Hands-on approach with a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes, ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operations teams.
