Training & Network Specialist

About the Tean

We are seeking for a PC Workshop & Network Training Specialist with a strong automotive technical background and training experience. You will provide technical training, product guidance, hands-on support, and sales conversion to channel partners and workshops in the passenger car aftermarket. 

What you can look forward to as PC Workshop & Network Training Specialist:

• Develop and implement a national technical training system for channel partners and workshops, including course design, material development, and hands-on instruction, sales conversion, etc..
• Design and deliver hands-on training focused on powertrain & e-mobility, control systems (e.g., braking), and chassis systems, covering fault diagnosis, tool usage, and product installation/matching and sales pitch.
• Maintain a deep understanding of leading aftermarket brands and provide technical guidance and solutions.
• Collect and analyze workshop pain points and training needs to continuously improve content and delivery.
• Support new product launch training to enhance workshop product knowledge and application skills.
• Produce high-quality training materials and videos; proficiency in PowerPoint and basic video editing required.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and other relevant teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Your Profile as PC Workshop & Network Training Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors: Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Repair.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, training, or service management across multiple brands.
• Proficient in diagnostic tools (e.g., ODIS, INPA, oscilloscopes).
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in powertrain, e-mobility, control system and chassis system, etc.
• Capable of independent course design and delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Basic English reading/writing skills for technical documentation and communication.
• Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills, willingness to travel frequently for on-site training and support, strong learning agility and adaptability.
