Service Engineer

Main task:

• In accordance with the technical specifications and requirements of the company, implement and complete the technical service work, solve the problem of customer to increase its satisfaction.

依据工作规范和技术要求，保质保量、按时完成技术服务，解决产品故障，满足客户需求，提高客户满意度。

• Technical Supports including technical documents translation and edit, support on Service Readiness of IA new products, sophisticated testbench operation, maintenance and management, etc.  

提供ZF产品技术资料的翻译和编辑，IA事业部新产品引入过程中的技术准备，尖端试验台的操作、维护和管理等技术支持类工作。

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide in-time effective and efficient technical service for the users of ZF products independently. Technical service covers diagnosis and troubleshooting, technical support, technical training, on-site service, workshop overhaul, etc.

独立为ZF产品的用户提供及时、有效且高效的技术服务。技术服务包括但不限于故障诊断和排除、技术支持、技术培训、现场服务、车间维修等。

Submit service report after service is done. Service report shall cover all requested information completely, accurately, concisely and logically.

服务工作完成后，及时提交服务报告。服务报告要求信息完整、准确、简练、逻辑清晰。

• Technical Supports including technical documents translation and edit, support on Service Readiness of IA new products, sophisticated testbench operation, maintenance and management, etc.  

提供ZF产品技术资料的翻译和编辑，IA事业部新产品引入过程中的技术准备，尖端试验台的操作、维护和管理等技术支持类工作。

• Carry out other works assigned by the superior or the company.

完成上级或公司安排的其它任务。

Competencies and experiences:

• Undergraduate degree, major in automotive or mechanical or related.

本科学历，汽车或机械及相关专业

• Good English skills

良好的英语能力

• CAD Mechanical drawing skills

CAD机械制图能力
