About the Team:
The Service & Network specialist (m/f/d) will provide technical assistance to distributors, wholesalers, garages, [pro]Tech+ associates and ZF service point network PC, coordinating technical visits and training on full product range, supporting sales department and ZF [pro]Tech concept, being an active part in potential [pro]Tech+ candidates acquisition and coordinate and communicate with external and internal customers to solve claims in a proper way following the procedures and tools defined by ZF. In addition will deliver Technical Support to Tech PC queries in Customer Competence Center, solving and proceeding to register all the received claims through Salesforce and Helpdesk Ticket System. Also, will register the customer visits and Technical Support visits (distributors, workshops, [pro]Tech+) through ZF designated systems (Salesforce “Smart Report”).

 

What you can look forward to as a Service & Network specialist (m/f/d):

  • Organizing and delivering training courses to independent aftermarket customers in the southern region of Spain
  • Regularly visiting [pro]Tech+ workshops to address technical claims, support their needs, and promote retention & loyalty 
  • Providing technical support via phone/email (Technical Hotline PC/[pro]Tech+/Ticket System) & documenting cases in Salesforce 
  • Assisting in fair attendance & support, including stand preparation and customer reception
  • Providing 2nd level support to sales, COM, Marketing and Product management
  • Updating monthly activity reports for the department
  • Registering customer visits and technical assistance in Salesforce (Distributors, workshops, [pro]Tech+, ZF service point) 
  • Maintaining and updating the PC technical forum in MS Teams daily to store field findings and solutions

 

Your profile as a Service & Network specialist (m/f/d):

  • A degree in car mechanics/electronics or similar education, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of automotive experience in a technical field or practical work experience in vehicle repair & diagnostics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and vehicle diagnosis tool 
  • Ability to develop and deliver training to individuals and groups highly beneficial 
  • Good technical vehicle knowledge (PC, LCV), valid driver's licence
  • It is necessary to have habitual residence in any of the following provinces: Málaga, Granada, Córdoba...
  • Mandatory fluency in Spanish, with English and German proficiency highly beneficial
