Service Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in service tea at our location in Bangkok, Thailand.

What you can look forward to as a Service Engineer:

• Act as the primary contact for customer support and service requests
• Perform service activities for ZF test systems, including tire testing
• Implement system optimizations and manage software roll-outs in coordination with the project and service team
• Commission test systems with a focus on control and automation technology
• Analyze complex, interdisciplinary issues and define corrective actions
• Carry out maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of testing systems
• Provide troubleshooting support remotely or on-site at customer locations
• Deliver onsite production support to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct customer training sessions to ensure proper system usage

Your Profile as a Service Engineer:

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification
• •Extensive knowledge in control and automation technology for technical systems
• Several years of professional experience with test stands or production machinery
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Good English skills and high willingness to travel
