What you can look forward to as Logistics Operation Supervisor: 

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management：Oversee inbound logistics, customs declarations, and outbound shipments.
• Manage inventory planning for OE, Stabilus, and Asian Range.
• Monitor and improve supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to meet customer expectations
• Coordinate with 3PL providers, specifically CEVA Logistics Thailand
• Warehouse Management：Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Team Leadership & Compliance：lead and manage the Purchasing & Logistics department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Your Profile as Logistics Operation Supervisor：

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle routine operations efficiently.Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently
