Central Inventory Managment

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Material & Distribution team based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Key Responsibilties:

• Responsible for all operational to ensure right material is purchased at right time and at right price , issue purchase order  and perform on order inquiry ,monitoring outstanding PO’s., and supplier performance .
• Responsible on developing in Inventory planning and Ordering process to support the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes.
• Purchasing of all trade item from oversea suppliers (internal ZF Group of companies and external non-ZF Group of companies).
• Perform on Material replenishment , Fulfillment factor , ROP, Safety Stock , Inventory Level , Inventory turn ratio
• Follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Item card creation and maintenance (e.g. update price, cross references, replacement & etc.).
• Coordinate with Purchaser and negotiate with vendor , issue purchase order and monitoring outstanding PO’s
• Coordinate with Sales team for marketing demand and stock planning
• Feedback any enquiries from requester for price, lead time, item information, backorder delivery status, etc.
• Handling of stock adjustment including scrap.
• Handling on inventory Production BOM
• Perform suppliers’ evaluation.
• Follow-up slow moving inventory cleanup on a yearly basis.
• Coordinate with supplier of non-conforming transaction
• Perform on Operating planning  and reporting  related on Inventory management
• Support and ensure to meet the KPI’s Business unit

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Good on soft skill: Resilience, Time management and Critical Thinking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and comfortable with routine duties.
• Mature, self-discipline and able to work independently.
• Service minded, and good in developing interpersonal relationships.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
