About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in sales team of Division Aftermarket at our location in Bangkok, Thailand
What you can look forward to as Business Development & Sales Account Manager:
- Experience in developing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with customers in Thailand particularly with fleet operation and maintenance / MROs, serving as the primary point of contact to address inquiries and deliver timely, effective solutions, with a business focus in Industrial (examples of segments: rail, defense, mining, wind) and/ or Off-high way (examples of segments: construction, ports)
- Experience in market and dealer development for independent aftermarket for the off- highway segment and/ or experience with Thailand governmental tendering process or familiarity with solution selling is a bonus.
- Experience dealing with Thai market (mandatory) and any of the following overseas markets – Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar is a bonus
- Drive sales and business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs and collaborate with internal teams from the business line Industrial and Off highway to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions that effectively meet customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends, while ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams to maintain customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
- Preparing customer visit reports, country plans and attending meetings with internal teams.
- Representing ZF in organizing and attending roadshows, seminars, or exhibitions where applicable.
Your Profile as Business Development & Sales Account Manager:
- Educational & Industry Background: Engineering education with over 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales (examples of segments: rail, defense, mining, wind) and/ or Off-highway sales (examples of segments: construction, ports)
- Familiarity with government tender processes is a bonus.
- Experience with overseas markets is a bonus
- Market & Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of the Thai industrial (eg: rail, defense, mining, wind) and/ or off-highway (eg: construction, ports) markets, local business practices, and capable of strategic and solution selling.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain trust from high-level stakeholders in state-owned enterprises and handle complex interests.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Teamwork & Independence: Self motivated and ability to work within a diverse and dispersed team and within a matrix organization
