What you can look forward to as Venture Lead - Aftermarket- Marketplace :

• Strategic: Co-build and own the venture’s vision, strategy, goals and long-term roadmap. Lead strategic projects and market expansion activities. Drive the GTM and define verticals. Build and lead a high-performance founding team, own hiring for senior roles.
• Operative: Drive venture-wide execution across commercial, operations and product functions. Monitor unit economics, runway, and business health; drive decisions with data.
• Stakeholder management: work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and enterprise customers.
• Develop and own strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial buyer.Identify and build upon synergies across other digital solutions
• Represent the venture at industry events, media, and regulatory engagements; build brand equity

Your Profile as Venture Lead - Aftermarket- Marketplace  :

• MBA (Teir -I MBA) from a recognized institution or equivalent operating experience.
• 8-14 years of professional experience in B2B marketplaces, supply chain startups, manufacturing ecosystems with at least 5 years in ecommerce where exposure to top management was necessary
• Deep understanding of India’s automotive aftermarket- vehicle models, workshop and fleet buying patterns and dynamics
• Prior experience scaling operations or launching new business units (preferred). Strong execution and organizational ability
• Strong financial and analytical acumen; comfort with responsibility of rapid P&L ownership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to work hands-on.Languages: English and Hindi required
